Terms and Conditions 

1. Agreement to Terms By registering for the APAOSM 2024 Scientific Meeting, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and APAOSM.

2. Registration and Fees All participants must register through the official APAOSM website. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the Refund Policy. Payment must be received by the stated deadline to secure your place.

3. Changes and Cancellations APAOSM reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, venue, or dates. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, APAOSM is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants, including travel and accommodation.

4. Intellectual Property All materials provided at the event are the intellectual property of APAOSM or the respective speakers. Unauthorized recording or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to adhere to the APAOSM Code of Conduct during the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability APAOSM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or losses arising from or related to the event.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.

Refund Policy 

1. Cancellation by Participant If you need to cancel your registration, please notify APAOSM in writing. Refunds will be granted as follows:

• More than 60 days before the event: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.

2. Cancellation by APAOSM In the event of cancellation by APAOSM, all registration fees will be refunded in full. APAOSM is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants.

3. Substitution PolicyY ou may substitute a participant at any time without penalty. Please provide the replacement participant's details to APAOSM.

4. Force Majeure APAOSM is not obligated to provide refunds in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government regulations.
